Dance to Your Own Rhythm – September 2018 Bloom Box Alternative

This Gnome sure does dance to his own rhythm.

Dance to Your Own Rhythm1

I followed the instructions from the Bloom Box but changed it up a bit.  The Gnome comes from the Gnome for the Holidays Bundle and he is my favorite of the bunch.  He was stamped in Black Licorice ink onto Whip Cream cardstock and colored in using Color Burst Pencils.  The sunshine from the Your Own Rhythm Bloom Box – was stamped in Summer Days in and the I took Citrus Cooler ink and inked up the outer portion of the stamp.  [I love how groovy this background looks – great technique].

Dance to Your Own Rhythm2

The Saxophone was stamped in Black Licorice ink and cut out using Detail Shears.  It was colored in using Color Burst Pencils.  Sparkle Silk was added by using a Small Blending Brush. [Can’t you just hear the music playing].

To finish off the card Journey Glaze was added to the sentiment, as well as the nose of the Gnome.  A Rhinestone was added to the center of his hat.

Dance to your own rhythm!

May all your handmade creations be Inked with Kindness, Stamped with Love.
