It is so fun to play with Liquid Color. The Flower Tangle stamp is so detailed and would look awesome colored in but, this technique with Liquid Color really brings out the detail in this stamp as well.
Check out this video on how to incorporate Liquid Color in your creations.
On a scrap piece of Whip Cream card stock, I stamped the Happy Birthday from the Date Me stamp set. The Happy was stamped in Beach Ball and the Birthday was stamped in Black Licorice. This piece was then adhered to a Black Licorice strip using Easy Glide.
On another piece of Whip Cream card stock I applied Cool Pool and Banana Cream Liquid color using a Medium Blending Brush. You need to make sure that this panel is completely dry before stamping. You can let it air dry or you can speed up the drying process with a heat tool.
After this panel was completely dry, I inked up the Flower Tangle stamp set in Beach Ball ink and stamped the panel. Since I didn’t use a Color Splash Sheet, I wanted to make sure that the panel was firm enough to I adhered it another Whip Cream panel before adhering it to the Black Licorice card base.
The sentiment was attached to the front of the panel using Easy Glide.
I love the Flower Tangle stamp set and can’t wait to emboss this image. So many possibilities with this stamp.
May all your handmade creations be Inked with Kindness, Stamped with Love.
Hope you have fun playing with our Liquid Color.
