Thank You | Cottage Bouquet | Many Thanks

While I was at the Fun Stampers Journey Convention last month, I fell in love with the new techniques that we learned.  Here is one of them.

Dauber the following colors in a loose circle using the Large Dauber Dowel (TO-0138) for all seven flowers on a piece of Whip Cream (CS-0040) cardstock:  Rich Coral (IP-0052), Watermelon Fusion (IP-0027), Citrus Cooler (IP-0048), Beach Breeze (IP-0044), Lemon Grass (IP-0022), Lemon Drop Liquid Color (IP-0132), and Cool Pool Liquid Color (IP-0140).

Stamp seven flowers one on each color using Black Licorice Ink (IP-0041) and the Cottage Bouquet Stamp Set (SS-0606).  You can fussy cut them out or cut them out using the coordinating dies (DI-0475).  [yes, this set does come in a bundle to save you some money – Cottage Bouquet Bundle – BD-0402].

Stamp the large Thank You sentiment from the Many Thanks (AT-0280) in Black Licorice Ink (IP-0041) onto a piece of Whip Cream cardstock (CS-0040).  Fussy cut around the sentiment.  On another piece of Whip Cream cardstock you will stamp the inside greeting in Black Licorice ink.

Fold the Oatmeal Cookie (CS-0023) card base in half.  Take a small paper plate [like a dessert plate] and trace the front of the card base approximately 1″ from the right edge.  Trim away the excess cardstock to create a curve card front.

Affix a Whip Cream piece of cardstock on the inside of your card.  Using Foam Squares (AD-0085) pop up all seven flowers along the curved edge of the card front.

Using Foam Squares (AD-0084 & AD-0085), pop up the Thank you Sentiment.

Flick entire card front with Black Licorice Silk (IP-0143).

Affix Journey Sequins Special Celebration (AC-0115) to the front of the card using Journey Glaze (AD-0002).

Apply Journey Glaze (AD-0002) to the center of the flowers and then sprinkle on Journey Sparkle Cuts (AC-0151).

I love the look of this card.

May all your handmade creations be Inked with Kindness, Stamped with Love.
