You Inspire Me | Blue Skies | Eclipse Card

I have never made an eclipse card.  I got to make one at the craft retreat I was at a bit ago and fell in love with the design.  It is so crisp and clean looking but yet has depth/dimension.

Eclipse You Inspire Me

On a Whip Cream (CS-0040) card base, a piece of Denim Days (CS-0082) was adhered using Easy Glide (AD-0081) to the card base.

On a piece of Whip Cream the imaged from the Blue Skies stamp set (SS-0574) was stamped in Denim Days ink (IP-0010) as well as the sentiment.  Then using the Hexagons Dies (DI-0290) you center them on the image and then cut them out.  The main layer is adhered using Easy Glide (AD-0081), the first die cut piece is popped up using Foam Squares (AD-0084), the second piece is adhered using Easy Glide and the last piece is adhered using Foam Squares (AD-0085).

Fashion Silver (AC-0293) was added to finish off the card.

I really enjoyed learning how to make the eclipse card. If you haven’t tried it, I hope you give it a try.

May all your handmade creations be Inked with Kindness, Stamped with Love.

Please leave me a comment if you would like me to do a video showing you how to do an eclipse card.

Happy crafting!!
