Congratulations | Flower Swirl

I have to be honest, I am not a pink person.  Never have been. But I have to say that I love our Bubble Gum cardstock, ink, silk, etc.  Never thought I would say that I like pink, but I really like the Bubble Gum.

Congratulations Florwer Swirls4

On a Bubble Gum (CS-0099) card base, I stamped the Congratulations in Black Licorice ink (IP-0041) that came from the Must Have Sentiments (SS-0501).  Then I stamped one of the floral images from the Flower Swirls (SS-0454) in Bubble Gum Ink (IP-0058).  [The Flower Swirls have coordinating dies available and it does come in a bundle, I’ll put those in the supply list below as well].

On a piece of Whip Cream (CS-0040) cardstock, I stamped the floral images in Clear Pigment (IP-0102) ink and embossed them with White Embossing Powder (IP-0098).  Using the Large Dauber (TO-0138), I inked it up in Bubble Gum ink and in a circular motion added color to this panel.  The flowers were then shaded a little more in certain areas using a Blending Brush (TO-0097) and our Color Splash Watercolor Pencils (JM-0078).

This panel was adhered to a Sweet Berry (CS-0034) using Easy Glide (AD-0081) and then adhered to a Black Licorice (CS-0003) piece before being adhered to the card front.  To finish off the outside, I adhered Journey Sequins – Bloom Time (AC-0114) with Glue Dots (AC-0083).

The inside sentiment came from the Celebrate Everything (SS-0579) stamp set. This set is becoming my go to set for sure.
