Coffee Helps

I love coffee!!!! There is nothing better than that first cup of coffee in the morning before the chaos starts – LOL.

I love having different coffee (beverage) stamp sets on hand.  I give a lot of gift cards through out the year.  I typically like to keep several $5 gift cards on hand to various coffee shops.  They are a great way to say Thank You to someone.  It is really the thought that counts and I can’t tell you how many times I have been thanked for not only giving the gift card but for the hand-made card as well.

So when I saw the Coffee Helps Bundle (BD-0375) in the Spring into Summer Trends Mini, I knew I had to have it.  Oh and the Sunday Adventure Prints is a great accompaniment to this set.

On piece of Oatmeal Cookie (CS-0023) card stock, I stamped the coffee rings in Oatmeal Cookie ink (IP-0011) and then stamped the Coffee sentiment in Dark Roast (IP-0050) ink.  That piece was layered onto a piece of Hazelnut Blend (CS-0013) card stock.  [Perfect ink name for this card don’t you think.]

On another piece of Oatmeal Cookie card stock, I stamped the coffee beans in Oatmeal Cookie ink before layering that piece onto the Hazelnut Blend card base.  I folded the card base in half and the folded the one panel in half again.  I added a piece from the Sunday Adventure Prints (PP-0053) to the small panel.

On a piece of Whip Cream (CS-0040) card stock, the coffee cup was stamped in Denim Days (IP-0010).  [I wanted to give that diner cup feel to this card and I love coffee in a diner mug.]

The Life Happens panel was attached to the card front and then the coffee cup was popped up using a Foam Squares (AD-0085).

This card was so easy and quick to make.  It will definitely come in handy for me to have several of these on hand.
