Uplift Die Set | Make A Wish

I love the Make A Wish Bundle (BD-0270) and the Gift Slider Die Set (DI-0384)!!!

Uplift Birthday

I cut a piece from the Birthday Pop Prints (PP-0052) and adhered it to a Black Licorice (CS-0003) card panel onto a Huckleberry Fusion (CS-0015) card base.  Using the Uplift Die Set (DI-0384), I die cut some pieces from Limeade Splash (CS-0020) and the Birthday Pop Prints (PP-0052).  I added some Black Licorice Twine (AC-0004) to the ends of the balloons before popping them up on the card front using Foam Squares (AD-0085).

The Make A Wish was stamped in Black Licorice Ink (IP-0041) onto a piece of Whip Cream (CS-0040) card stock and cut out using the coordinating die.  I added some Turbo Teal (IP-0119) Silk to this piece before popping it up on the card with Foam Squares.

I needed to make this card into a gift card holder so I pulled out the Gift Slider Die Set.  However, I didn’t think the bow went with the balloon theme so I had to improvise.  [Have you ever had to do improvise on a card?  Drop me a comment and let me know.]

I decided to use the same paper and the Uplift Die set to cut out a balloon that would be big enough to cover the bow.  Added some Black Licorice Twine and using Foam Squares (AD-0084) popped the balloon on to the edges of the bow!!
