Bloom Benefits/Hostess Rewards/Journey Coach/Another Idea for the May 2017 Bloom Box

I am so excited about the revamped FSJ website.  It is so easy to navigate and placing orders is a snap!  I have had some questions about Bloom Benefits, Hostess Rewards and becoming a Journey Coach so I thought I would explain them a bit.  I will apologize in advance that this post is a little longer than usual for me.

Bloom Benefits = you get to choose a Bloom Benefit for every $50.00 you spend (before tax and shipping).  So if you place an order of $100.00 you get to choose 2 Bloom Benefits.  This will come up on your order screen to make a selection once you have hit the $50.00 mark.

Hostess Rewards = anyone who has an order of $150.00 or more (before tax and shipping) has the opportunity to receive Hostess Rewards. Depending on your order level will determine what rewards you will receive. They range from Free ATS, Journey Dollars or 1/2 price items.  The order screen will show you what Hostess Rewards you are eligible for.  There is no Hostess Code needed.

And yes, you can redeem Bloom Benefits and Hostess Rewards together as long as your order qualifies based on the information above.

Journey Coach = as a Journey Coach you will receive a discount on your purchases.  You can also take advantage of the Bloom Benefits and Hostess Rewards if your order qualifies.  If we are running a promotion on products (i.e. Break-up Sale) you will receive your coach discount off of the promotion price (unless otherwise stated).  How great of a deal is that!  If you are only interested in becoming a coach to get the discount and not sell or recruit that is no problem.  We have a lot of hobby coaches.  Plus we have several starter kit options to choose from.  If you are interested in becoming a coach or need more information; click on the on-line 24/7 ordering tab and click on the Become a Coach link.  I would love for you to join my team Bloomin’ Sensation.

Now onto today’s post.

Another Idea for the May 2017 Bloom Box:
I am loving the May 2017 Bloom Box – Decorative Doily.  I wanted to share with you another card idea using the stamp set in this month’s Bloom Box.

To make the background, I used a clear view sheet, our splashes and Media Mister.  After choosing the color splashes you want to use, you add a few drops of each color on the clear view sheet in random spots, spritz with water and then place the clear view sheet on your cardstock and smooch them together for lack of a better word.  You can use your heat tool to speed up the drying process.  You do not want to stamp on wet paper.  I love this technique because you get a different background each time.  Great when you have a lot of cards to make.

After it was completely dried, I then stamped the images and sentiment in Black Licorice ink.  Added some Silver Silk and Sparkle Silk.  Then finished it off with Black Twine and a Rhinestone.  Adhered that panel to some Black Licorice cardstock and popped it up on a Whip Cream card base.

I really love that each background is unique.  Imagine all the backgrounds you could create using our color splashes (we have lots to choose from).

I can’t wait to use this on a blue background with white for the winter.  I think they would make great snowflakes.

Don’t forget about our Break-up Sale Break_Up_Sale5.1.17.  There are some great products at great prices. This sale runs until the end of June or while supplies last.

May all your hand-made creations be Inked with Kindness, Stamped with Love.

Happy Crafting!!
